Can I get a refund?
Yes, for 30 days, in full, as long as the theme is not in production. One refund per customer, and it ends the license. The conditions are in article 9 of the termsOpening Nov 30.
Can I write in French?
Yes. Write in English or French, the reply comes back in the same language.
